If you were using MedScript’s pharmacy, there is no need for you to transfer your records – that has been taken care of automatically. Your prescription history and information, as well as the health care professionals who served you at MedScript, will all be available at the LDI pharmacy location at 680 Craig Road, Suite 103 Creve Coeur, Missouri, 63141, or by calling 314-652-3121 or 1-866-516-3121.

If you filled your prescriptions at one of MedScript’s in-network pharmacies, you will still be able to get your prescriptions filled there.
